This is how your weekly training plans will be delivered, and where you will upload your data for analysis. 


This is an advanced data analytics software tool used by coaches to analyze performance data. 


You will need some type of computer mounted to your handlebars to provide data feedback while you are doing the ride/training, and for me to analyze.  You will also need either a power meter or heart rate monitor.

This is an application that many riders use on their phone to record cycling data. It will also upload data directly to TrainingPeaks. Not necessary...but nice to have.

This is an online virtual cycling world where riders connect their bikes (usually with power meters) to a computer and ride, race, and train with thousands of other riders. I can virtually ride and train with you even though we may be 1,000 miles apart!
